Dialga

The last WIP of this was submitted on 2011. Yeah, three years ago. I had almost finished this,  but I hadn't uploaded it because of whatever reasons, and then Halloween is almost here, and I haven't uploaded shit : P

You all forgive me, right? RIGHT? I have school and work and love... TTuTT

Am I happy with this? No. Why? Countless reasons, but who cares? It's Dialga, and it's basically irrelevant now that ORAS is coming haha! Cool fact though, you'll be able to catch it in ORAS, so that's cool. At least that makes this a bit less irrelevant hahaha
